This big bag of soya medallions are the perfect store cupboard essential. Large pieces of mock meat averaging about 5cm square are so easy to prepare. Just soak for 5 to 10 minutes in hot stock (or add any seasoning you like to the hot water) then pan fry, grill or add to stews or soups.
